4. Cancellations and returns

Order cancellation is allowed before an order enters Shipped status.

Returns are subject to eligibility rules, category policy, and valid return reason requirements.

5. Wallet, balances, and payouts

Wallet funding, transaction records, and rewards are visible in account history.

Withdrawals require successful identity verification and valid linked payout details.

6. Seller obligations

• List accurate product descriptions, pricing, and inventory.
• Process and fulfill accepted orders on time.
• Comply with applicable consumer and product regulations.
• Maintain service quality and dispute resolution responsiveness.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Fraud, abuse, impersonation, and deceptive practices.
• Unauthorized access, interference, or security circumvention.
• Sale of prohibited or illegal items.
• Policy evasion or repeated dispute abuse.

8. Fees and taxes

Applicable platform fees may be charged according to the current pricing model and communicated terms.
